Shipping Policy

To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an expected ship date listed on the product details page of each item. This estimated date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and ship your order. Please keep in mind that these times are estimated and should be considered as guidelines. All orders placed after 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the following business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS®, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Saturday delivery is available through UPS for select areas- for information regarding availability and pricing, please contact our office.


Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States without a minimum purchase. You do not need to enter a coupon code to receive this promotion, simply select the available free shipping method listed on the checkout page. Expedited shipping methods are also available through UPS at checkout (see pricing below).

Security & Insurance

We encourage all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering thoroughly before receiving and signing their acceptance of the package. Because of the nature of the items being shipped, we can only ship purchases to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Alternatively, we offer a “Hold At” service at UPS locations; please contact our office for additional information. To ensure the security of your purchase, all shipments require a signature at the time of delivery, despite any waivers you may have with the carrier. To make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, an automated e-mail message will be sent to notify you that the order has been shipped along with the carrier’s tracking number.

PO Box Delivery
All PO Box deliveries require a recipient's signature upon pickup. We do not ship orders valued over $1,500 to a PO Box address. Please note that UPS® and FedEx® shipments cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses, only USPS® can deliver packages to a PO Box address. In some cases, our billing department will require a PO Box authorization form for orders delivered to a PO Box. 

International Shipments
In addition to the information stated above, international shipments (including Canada and Mexico) must select the international shipping rate during the checkout process. Any international orders that do not choose the international shipping rate will be canceled. Delivery of the purchased items may be delayed due to international customs processing. Neither 90210 Jewelry nor their international shipping carriers are liable for any lost or stolen packages once the item is in the possession of a foreign country's customs office. 90210 Jewelry is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed the customs office of the destination country.
