When did 90210 Jewelry begin selling diamonds?
We have been in business since 1983. Our company is family owned and has been designing fine jewelry in Los Angeles, CA for more than 30 years.  

Do you design and create your own jewelry?
All of our items are proudly designed and manufactured in our office, located in the jewelry district of Downtown Los Angeles. 

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We happily accept appointments for viewing and purchasing in our newly remodeled showroom is located in the jewelry district of Downtown Los Angeles. If you have specific items you would like to view, we always recommend making an appointment in advance so we can ensure we have your desired items available and ready to view. 

How are your prices so competitive?
Aside from being jewelry designers, we are also diamond wholesalers. We purchase diamonds in bulk from reputable mine owners, natural diamond cutters, and natural diamond suppliers overseas, helping eradicate the need for “middlemen” such as diamond dealers or distributors. By buying and selling direct, we ensure that we offer our customers the best prices.

Questions About Products

Are all your diamonds natural?
Yes- all of our diamonds are 100% natural diamonds.

Do you sell conflict or "blood diamonds"?
Selling or handling conflict diamonds goes against our moral beliefs. All diamonds offered by 90210 Jewelry have been purchased through legitimate sources that are not involved in funding conflict diamonds and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.

Is your jewelry gold plated or solid gold?
No, we do not sell any plated jewelry. All our jewelry is casted in solid 14k gold, 18k gold, or platinum.

Should I purchase gold or platinum?
This is a question we deal with on a daily basis; ultimately the choice is yours. Visit our education page and see the 'Metal' section for more detailed information.

Do you offer a warranty on jewelry?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our fine jewelry. Visit our lifetime warranty page for more detailed information on our warranty policy.

Do you offer jewelry maintenance and cleaning?
Yes, we will clean any diamond jewelry purchased from us free of charge for the life of the item. This is covered under the lifetime warranty. Visit our lifetime warranty page for more detailed information on our policy.

What should I do if the ring I ordered is not the right finger size?
We recommend you check for the correct finger size before placing an order, but don’t worry if you order the wrong size- just send the ring back to us and we will size it with the correct finger size for free. We do not recommend having the merchandise resized elsewhere, as they can damage the ring and doing so will void all warranties.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, Affirm Financing, Checks (call to request), Money Order (call to request), and Bank Transfers (call to request). 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I pay a deposit and reserve an item?

Can I pay with two different credit cards?

Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we are proud to offer our armed services special promotions. Please visit our “Military Discount” page for detailed information on our policy.

Are your prices online the same in-store?
Yes. Where the item is like for like, and has the same diamond specifications, the prices will be the same.

Are all the designs online available to view in-store?
No, we attempt to stock as much of our catalog as possible. However it is not possible for us to stock every item in all its variations. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking an appointment before visiting our showroom.

How often do your prices change?
This varies; our prices are updated periodically according to fluctuations in the precious metals and diamond market.

Questions About Shipping

How long would my order take to receive?
Much of our jewelry is made to order and may require several days of production time. Please note that the estimated ship date is listed on the item detail page. Please consider production time when you are purchasing gifts that are time sensitive.

Will you inform me when my order is shipped?
Yes, we will notify you via email with the shipping & tracking details. The email will be sent to the email address you provide when placing the order.

Will my order be insured during delivery?
Yes, all our shipments are fully insured while in transit to you. 

What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact our office at (888) 439-0210 and speak with a customer service representative.

Can I have my order shipped on a specific date?
Yes, please contact our office at (888) 439-0210 and speak with a customer service representative. 

Can I pickup my order in-store?
Yes, however this must be scheduled ahead of time. You will not be able to collect an order from us by visiting the store without prior arrangement. 

Can I change my delivery address?
No, due to our fraud detection system we ask all our customers to have orders shipped to their billing address. If you are unable to receive an order at your billing address please contact our office at (888) 439-0210 and speak with a customer service representative.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Express and FedEx International Priority.

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to Military APO, as well as FPO boxes via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for orders shipped to these addresses.
