30-Day Return Policy

We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase and that it will bring you many years of enjoyment. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. 90210 Jewelry also offers lifetime upgrades- you can exchange any purchased item from 90210 Jewelry at any time, as long as you own your jewelry!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to postmark the item for a full refund.
Items shipped between 15 and 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee for items being exchanged. See our lifetime exchange policy below.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Lifetime Exchange Policy
In addition to our 30-Day Return Policy, we offer you the opportunity to upgrade your jewelry at any time in the future.

- Unlike other jewelers, 90210 Jewelry does NOT charge a fee for lifetime exchanges. You may upgrade at any time and only pay the difference in purchase price.
- The lifetime exchange policy is not transferable, and is only honored to original customer who purchased the item from 90210 Jewelry.
- Watches, custom jewelry, and engraved jewelry are not eligible for lifetime exchanges.


How to Return Your Purchase to Us:

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code: Call us toll-free at 1-888-439-0210 and press 4 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
  2. Download and Print the Return Merchandise Form: Download the Return Merchandise Form (click below). This form MUST be completed and placed in the package.

  3. Packaging Your Return: Pack your item(s) and invoice securely to guard against theft. If possible, double-box your return (place a smaller box or padded envelope within a larger box and pack to restrict movement of smaller box) and seal all seams or flaps on the outer box with tape. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, appraisal and/or gift items and those items are not returned, you may be liable for replacement fees up to $50.00. For security reasons, do not write any words on the box that refers to diamonds, jewelry or anything related to jewelry.
  4. Shipping and Insuring Your Package: The value of your item determines how it should be shipped. Check your invoice, if the total sale price of the item(s) you're sending back is:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request tracking with signature confirmation that your shipment has reached our location.
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured and request tracking with signature confirmation that your shipment has reached our location.
More than $25,000: For security reasons, high-value returns require special arrangements. Please contact our office to receive special assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

Return Process
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed shortly. Our quality assurance department will need to review the returned item(s) before processing any requests. Refunds are typically processed within 1-4 business days and are processed using the same form of payment used when the purchase was made.

Please Note:

  • Packages without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted for processing.
  • All items are not eligible for return/refund 30 calendar days after original delivery.
  • The return policy time frame begins when the shipping carrier first attempts delivery.
  • Purchases made or picked up from our Los Angeles showroom: The 30-day return period begins on the date that your order is available for pick up.
  • 90210 Jewelry does not provide return shipping materials nor pay for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and handling rates are non-refundable and will not be credited in a refund.
  • Items showing signs of wear or that have been engraved, altered, and/or re-sized by a jeweler other than 90210 Jewelry or that have been damaged will not be accepted for processing.
  • Orders purchased with check, money order, bank wire, or with additional incentives are considered final sales.
  • 90210 Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Uninsured return shipments will not be accepted.
